is registered with Registrar of Company, Mumbai bearing CIN: U25209MHZ020PRC336915 dated 17.03.2020. The Company was earlier known as M/s. Shri Spun Pipes Industries, a partnership firm. The firm has a background of operating in the field of manufacturing pipes since 1999. A small brief on the previous background is given herewith.

Making RCC pipes has been our family business since 50 years. The first unit was setup in the year 1969 at Sadak Arjuni (Gondia) by the name of Bharat Cement Pipes. To extend our market reach and full-fill the market demand, we started another unit at Saradpar, (Sindewahi, dist. Chandrapur.) with the name of Shri Spun Pipe Industries in the year 1999. All The materials such as sand, cement and course aggregate used in the manufacturing process are tested as per IS standards in our testing laboratory. HD steel wires & pre-stressing steel wire are used as reinforcement as stated in IS code specification. Laboratory is also equipped with 'Hydraulic machine' and '3 edge testing machine' required for testing the finished products.
